Over the past couple of years I have worked for a variety of clients and projects, from creative agencies and membership organisations to a county council and government department, writing magazine articles and blog posts, editing a magazine, conducting research in the social care sector and ‘re-imagining’ legal advice for the care homes sector. Prior to that I was a senior editor at CPL for nine years, where I edited a number of magazines, including two trading standards publications, which won a number of awards (go to my Awards page for details). Below is a selection of the most recent projects I have worked on.
Redactive
I have written a number of articles for membership organisations in the healthcare sector, including: InPharmacy, IOSH Magazine and Acuity Journal. These involved desk-based research and interviews by telephone and email. I have also provided sub-editing and article commissioning support for Redactive’s healthcare team.
Enveritas
I worked as an editor for Google Maps listings that recommended activities, dining out and shopping ideas for destinations around the world, as a contractor for EVG.
CPL/CIM Exchange
A blog written for the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Exchange content hub, ‘Why wellbeing is good for marketing’.
